Our universities are aggressive and tuned in to pressing social, honest, and economic problems experiencing our areas and larger society. Our pupils are folks of integrity who grasp diversity and are socially responsible and civilly involved for the duration of their lives.

In the short-term, increased access and increased quality in standard education are effective elements for wealth redistribution and the promotion of cultural equity. That plan is in keeping with the provisions of the new Constitution of Mozambique used on 16 Nov 2004, in its articles 113 and 114 which option respectively with training and larger education. Around the year 1990, the Government of Mozambique decided to improve their cultural, economic and political direction program from the centrally-planned program learned from the communist era and used a western-style of free market system. At the same time, it was also made a decision to adopt elementary changes in the knowledge programmes.
